Today on the way to drop Trevor off at school the kids and I were talking... I asked them what they wanted to be when they grew up...
Trevor at age 5 1/2 said he wants to be a Motocross rider... like Bubba Stewart! He also wants to be a chef, have his own cooking show, take care of sick animals and animals that are "in danger", he also wants to write books, be a builder and be a zoo keeper. :) I love his ambitions and I really hope all his dreams come true!
Brooke at age 3 1/2 said that she wants to ride a horse when she grows up. :) I love horse back riding, and hopefully we can do this as a family one of these days! :) I love her ideas, she is such a day dreamer, it's great.
Lauren at age 3 1/2 said she wants to be a "mystery finder" aka a detective to find all the toys for Santa and then be Santa's helper and wrap the presents and take them to all the kids! LOVE this. Who has ever heard of someone wanting to be Santa's helper when they grow up?? I haven't. Maybe I just don't ask enough kids what they want to be though.
I wanted to save this quick before I forgot. I love their answers!

Big Wheels Keep On Turnin'...
Big wheels Keep on turnin
Proud Mary keeps on burnin'
And we're rollin'
Rollin, rollin on the river
Proud Mary keeps on burnin'
And we're rollin'
Rollin, rollin on the river
The big wheels keep turnin' in my head of things I wanted to post on here, and since I'm rollin' right along I thought I would post something else...
A family conversation:
Lauren: (to her Daddy) I have a tutie.
Daddy: (not really too sure what to say to her) Oh yeah.
Lauren: Yeah. Brookie has a tutie too.
Daddy: Oh yeah.
Lauren: Yeah. And, Mommy has a tutie too.
Daddy: Yeah. uh huh.
Lauren: You have a tweeter.
Daddy: Yep.
Lauren: Trevor has a tweeter too!
Daddy: Yeah.
Lauren: And Zoe has a TAIL!!!! (very pleased with herself)
Family, well mostly Bryan and I at first, start laughing. Everyone joins in, and then Lauren is extremely proud of her discoveries and her statements to Daddy!!
Oh the joys of having toddlers, this made me laugh so hard, and then I still catch myself chuckling when I think of it again. :)

Thursday Thirteen!
Thirteen Things I LOVE about my kids!
- I love their breath! They all still have that sweet baby breath. Even Trevor who is 4 has it and the girls have it even though they suck a binky sometimes. hmmm... I just love it.
- I love the way their eyes and entire face lights up when they smile.
- I love how imaginative and creative they all are!
- I love how loving and affectionate they all are. They are that way with me and their father and they are that way with each other and other family members and close friends, they are always ready for a hug and/or kiss.
- I love how they love one another... a bond like no other with siblings.
- I love how they still need me so much and want me to be part of EVERYTHING they do. I'm aware of the fact that one day this will not be the case. I will then be heart broken and in need of medication and therapy.
- I love how forgiving they are. They forgive me for not being a perfect mother, and they are pretty forgiving of one another too!
- I love how every day they grow and change and amaze me. I fall in-love with them more and more Every. Single.Day!
- I love how happy they are. So carefree and loving life!
- I love how a kiss from Mommy or Daddy can make a bump or a boo boo go away just like magic... I hope that life can be that simple for them for a long time!
- I love how perfectly their little hand fits right into mine whenever we walk any where.
- I love how they all wait outside the bathroom door for me, if I manage to get in there without them... like they haven't seen me in years... and they all hug me like I was gone forever and not 2 mins.
- I love EVERY. SINGLE. SOLITARY. THING. about my children. From their beautiful smiles and cuteness to their runny noses and pouting little faces, to their chubby "baby" fingers still to their knobby little knees, their soft baby fine hair to their little button nose and cute little chin, I love their pudgy little feet that sometimes smell like corn chips to their little or not so little temper tantrums, to how hard they can make us laugh and how silly they are. I love how they dance and sing and are so happy to just be. I love the way the say words in their own way, and I love the way they trust so sincerely and love so true and are so honest, Innocent and pure. They are truly amazing little miracles.
