HOLY...

Holy fucking SHIT!!

I'm not sure what to do or say about this...

Since I can't call their dad, he doesn't give a flying shit is busy at work. And, I'm sure that no one else really gives a flying shit either has time to listen to me while they are at work... I thought I'd come here! :)

MY with their fathers bad DNA children are making me totally fucking CRAZY today!! I want to send them far, far, far, far, VERY far, away to boarding school for the REST of their lives SCREAM!!

I'm not exactly sure what the little cranky, whining, pathetic, fighting, arguing, talking back, mess making NON-listening, attitude giving, fit throwing, snotty ass, cry baby little turds angels problems are today, but whatever it is... I hope they get the hell over it soon.

This, by the way, is the longest effing day of my life first day of Trevor's Summer vacation from school. GREAT huh??? ugh!!

I'm off to make medicine cocktails lunch for the beasts children.

toodles

Some days really feel like that. If it helps, think of the days when they knock you off your feet with goodness and love. Or do what I do, go apologize to them while they're sleeping ('cause they're pretty hard to resist then, AND they don't talk back). Then, whisper subliminal messages into their ears that they will grow up and make their Mommy REALLY happy (for what she's been through).

Oh, I feel ya!!! Isn't blogging the absolute best . . . vent away sister. We're all here. Most of us have been there and back, time and time again.

Oh, yeah. When I'm having THAT kind of day, I sing "These are a few of my favorite things" over and over and over and over again.

Really loudly.

And the, maybe even play The Sound of Music DVD over and over and over again . . . for some reason, it works. I actually used this technique on a room full of senior high school students. :)

Ugh...that sounds totally awful. I'm sorry the angels are being such devils. I hope their behavior turns around soon - or that you found your way to some cocktails!!!

Oh, gosh, sounds like a bad day. I'm so sorry. Some days are just bad. I feel so awful when I spend a whole day yelling at the kids. It's depressing!

Get them outside if at all possible. Your backyard, a park, a swimming pool, something to get that energy out. That's the best advice I have for you.

Hang in there!

BTW, I have a new look and new address for my blog. So if you can't find me, go to http://texaswordtangle.blogspot.com

There was a time, in England, when Doctors would prescribe Guinness in milk for anemic kids. There were, apparently, a lot of anemic kids in England. And they were really, really sleepy. Especially after taking their medicine. Of course, these days the practice is outlawed. I mean, who would feed their kids alcohol? I don't know a single parent who would give in to the temptation to slip their kids a Mike's Hard Lemonade. Not one. A dozen, maybe, but not one.

I hate that you had such a rough day. Maybe once you guys get into the out for summer groove things will get better. I hope so!
I had several of those days last week, but so far this week is shaping up to be much better.
